90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your Bellary leggings. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll refund your purchase. No need to send the item back.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@trybellary.com within 90 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Briefly tell us why the product didn't work for you. This helps us improve.
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Once your request is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it usually appears within 5–10 business days.
No Returns Required
You do not need to ship the product back to us. Because our leggings are intimate, close-fitting apparel, returned items cannot be resold, so we'd rather you keep them, donate them, or pass them on.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Wrong Size
If your size doesn't fit, contact us. Subject to availability, we'll send a different size at no extra cost, or you may choose a refund under our 90-day guarantee.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but it remains covered by our 90-day guarantee.
Bundles, Free Gifts and Vouchers
Refunds are based on the amount you actually paid. Free gifts included with an order (such as arm sleeves, digital guides or vouchers) are not refunded separately. Promotional vouchers received with an order become void if the order is fully refunded.
Limits
The guarantee applies to orders placed directly on trybellary.com and is limited to one refund per customer. Orders purchased for resale are not eligible. We reserve the right to decline requests that show signs of fraud or abuse of this policy.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve every refund request quickly and directly, and it's the fastest way to get your money back.
